firefox menu drag and drop does not wok under mac and linux

You can't Drag and Drop Bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder in Firefox Versions for Linux and Mac OS X.

Unfortunately this Drag&Drop only works fine with MS Windows :(

When a Tool Tip appears right in the Moment you drop a new link*, nothing happens.
(*Grab the Icon left of the URL Bar and Drop it onto Bookmarks Toobar Folder.)

More Information:

- Drag&Drop in a expanded Bookmark-Folder does not work.

- The Tool tip, that tells how to Drag&Drop itself disrupts the Drag&Drop sometimes - it appears exactly there where you just drop the link... It says: "Drag and drop this icon to create a link to this page"

Firefox appears to do NOTHING on a downclick and treats the upclick as the "click". This prevents any bookmarks from being dragged.
