Bug Description
On all nodes, including bootstrap nodes, logs in /var/log/juju need to be rotated to avoid eventually running out of disk space.
Placing a config file with conservative defaults in /etc/logrotate.d is all that is required for now, assuming the juju agents notice the rotation rather than keeping file handles open.
