Bug Description

Based on https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtradb-cluster/+bug/1191767/comments/3 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/galera/+bug/1112724 , decide as to when to use wsrep-recover in mysqld_safe and only then use it.

Use wsrep_data_home_dir in case wsrep_data_home_dir and data dir differ.
