This happened after I created a new panel and tried to remove the window list applet from the older panel.

As an update, all that's needed is to remove a panel applet from the panel. I don't think creating a new panel has any influence.

It happens when trying to set weather on clock. Just installed release for 64 bit yesterday. gnome clasic.
