undo shortcut deletion instead of warning

Bug Description
When removing a shortcut to a website from the list a confirmation dialog pops up.
I wanted only to raise the discussion on whether this is necessary.
I personally don't like such dialogs, they break the flow and in this case it's not like deleting the whole filesystem..
I think removing the dialog and adding something like a translucid bar at the bottom with a "undo" action to undo the deletion would be a better approach. Obviously I am not a designer nor a UX expert, so I'm just dropping this here..
