In ubuntu 13.04, I was losing voise, ie recipient counld not hear me. I purge skype and tried to reload from ubuntu software centre but it does not give skype installation prog. Tried to instal from skype website it installed partly. Please help.

Ubuntu says : installed but on the left it say Reinstal. Licking on the skype icon does not lauch skype.

Please advise how to instal skype in ubuntu 13.04
