Bug Description

For many actions, I got the message

    'XmlRpcProgressView' object has no attribute '_encoding'

I'm running Eclipse Juno on Windows 7.
I installed bazaar 2.6b& using the bzr-2.6b1-1.win32-py2.7 package, Tortoise being installed.
I tried to update xml-output plugin (eclipse version) in C:\Program Files\Bazaar\plugins. But I discover this bazaar plugin is already embedded in the eclipse plugin.

Any recommendations on configuration to suggest ?

I must add:
- It happens using version 1.2.0.201306111834
- It works perfectly on Linux (Ubuntu 13.04 with eclipse Juno Release 2)
