Bug Description
When using an e-mail address containing the "+" character, such as "<email address hidden>", the login fails when attempting to contact the Ubuntu One server, to refresh the tokens.

I just tested an email with a plus in it with ubuntu-sso-client, and I see that it doesn't encode the plus in the ping url.
So I think this problem is somewhere else
