Suppressing WINEDEBUG output if started with a .desktop file

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 dev with wine 1.5.31-0ubuntu2. On the file /usr/share/applications/wine.desktop the execution line contains 'Exec=wine start /unix %f'. Since this desktop file is normally only used if an executable file is double clicked the user will not see any output. Maybe in this case it would make sense to replace the line with something like 'Exec=sh -c "WINEDEBUG=-all wine start /unix %f"'. This would suppress any output directly from Wine (which is on some applications heavily spammed) and causes a little performance gain.

The upcoming src:wine packages generally use "WINEDEBUG=fixme-all".
So only the "err" messages are shown per der default anyway.
