[7.0]l10n_be field period_code accepts alphanumeric signs

Bug Description
in the wizard the field period_code accepts alphanumeric signs.
this is exported later in the ns2.Month field in the xml but this is not accepted by Belgium governement.
there should be a constraint : 'Period can only contain digits' on the field period_code (model : partner_vat_intra).
