Bug Description
I pressed the little "eye" icon in the HEK functionality accordion to switch off the display of F/Es. They disappeared. I then stepped forward in time, and the F/E markers and labels came back on. The red cross on the eye icon stayed present. It seems like the visibility got reset when stepping forward. Helioviewer should remember the state of the visibility for the HEK F/E labels and markers.

state of the "eye" icon that toggles feature/event layer visibility is now saved in userSettings and respected accross changes to requestTime and browsing sessions, and movie and screenshot generation.
