ceph smoke tests fail to complete with saucy server installations

Bug Description
ceph smoke tests appear to hang on both amd64 and i386 installations starting from 20130613. The tests appear to hang when the last entries of dmesg being the following,

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install a default saucy server on a vm (either manually or preseeded default installation) with either i386 or amd64 image using KVM, libvirt
2. Do the following to install utah inside the VM
sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:utah/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install utah
3. Run the ceph tests using
sudo utah -r lp:ubuntu-test-cases/server/runlists/ceph.run
syslog and dmesg outputs are attached

Ceph tests have been disabled from the smoke tests and hence this bug is not of so high a priority now. Marking it incomplete.
