Bug Description
i386 version of kde-style-oxygen is needed for Skype on amd64 systems with KDE installed. Without this Skype looks ugly. Unfortunately this package doesn't support multilib and it's impossible to install it in normal way (conflict with amd64 version).
Editing deb package by moving oxygen.so file from /usr/lib/ do /usr/lib/
After doing this time-consuming hack Skype finally looks nice and uses oxygen style.

There have been many changes in Kubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Kubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 1191787
and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
