LSK: Run bL IKS test suite on LSK android build

big.LITTLE IKS core test suite executed on lsk build 3 and found below results.
These results are in sync with IKS build results.
However, we would continue our testing on LSK builds.

ffmpeg test cases failed to the upgrade of ffmpeg package.

"cpu-freq-vs-cluster-freq " test case is fixed now.

cpu-freq-vs-cluster-freq failed )

These two tests are open failures so big.LITTLE IKS bits are not missed.
