Openstack projects still contain Modulefile that references puppetlabs repos

The Modulefile at https://github.com/stackforge/puppet-openstack/blob/master/Modulefile contains lines like this:

dependency 'puppetlabs/glance', '>= 1.0.0'

That's wrong, since puppet-openstack depends on stackforge/puppet-glance rather than puppetlabs/glance.
This is partly a documentation issue, but also prevents the use of librarian-puppet or any other tool that parses the standardized Modulefile instead of the custom other_repos.yaml.

I recommend removing the Modulefile if it isn't going to be accurately maintained and if the projects are not going to be put on Puppet Forge or support librarian-puppet.

This should be fixed with the release of 2.0.0 to forge.
