Kubuntu shutdown confirmation keypress not localized in german

Bug Description

Current Kubuntu Feisty:
Press power button.
German shutdown splash appears.
Want to select "Tiefschlaf" (hibernate)
Try pressing alt-t - doesnot work
Try pressing alt-h does work

This dialog is actually part of ksmserver and done by Kubuntu specific patch.

Should be localized in KDE 4.
