Bug Description

Problem:

The cpu_frequency trace event (see include/trace/events/power.h) normally reports the cpufreq values. Unfortunately, in case of the IKS, the "little" operating points are hidden behind fake values. This is a problem when tracing the system behaviour, eg. using profiling tools - the user will be presented with non accurate view of the system.

Possible solutions:

1. Make sure that the trace events are reported with the real frequencies.
2. Provide special "cpu_real_frequency" trace event (can be IKS specific)
3. Provide translation table, either in the kernel or in userspace (special file in /sys or /proc)
