can't start with uppercase opt in my.sandbox.cnf

use the default my.sandbox.cnf file within version 3.0.39

then change the last line in it from "log-error=msandbox.err" to "LOG-ERROR=msandbox.err"

./start will fail.

-bash-4.1$ ./start
........................................................... sandbox server not started yet

mysql 5.6.12

it is my third sandbox , I created it this way:

-bash-4.1$ make_sandbox 5.6.12 -- --check_port

This is not a bug.

MySQL requires the option in lowercase
