Department Name Changes - Human Rights Initiative

Two departments, the "Rights Initiative" (https://karl.soros.org/people/osi/c2/r3/rights-initiatives/) and the "Human Rights and Governance Grants Program" (https://karl.soros.org/people/osi/c2/r3/human-rights-and-governance-grants-program/) have been combined and are now referred to as the "Human Rights Initiative". It looks like the Rights Initiative (https://karl.soros.org/people/osi/c2/r3/rights-initiatives/) is already showing the title Human Rights Initiative, but the link just have to be updated on the main OSF directory page. The changes have already been made in GSA.

So we need to delete "Human Rights and Governance Grants Program" from the OSF Directory Page (under Associated Programs) and then updated Rights Initiatives to read "Human Rights Initiative".

Hey Paul, I just noticed that the link for Human Rights Initiative on the OSF directory pages reads "Human Rights Initiatives". Can you change initiative to the singular?

I'm also realizing that I should have asked that we move the Human Rights Initiative out of Associated Programs and into Thematic Programs. Can you add the link for Human Rights Initiative after Education Support Program (ESP)?
