It should be possible for the user to export the dwelling fractions separately from population data.
Since the fractions do not in themselves describe any assets, it is not appropriate to export in NRML format so we suggest the use of a CSV format including the following columns:
distribution_
study_region_id (integer),
country ISO code (three char string),
is_urban (boolean),
occupancy (res/non-res),
building_type (string)
dwelling_fraction (floating point),
