Gnome-panel seems to have a mismatched dependancy (AMD64)

gnome-panel (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

Gnome-panel depends on an unavailable version of libecal1.2-0, not the current
1.2-1, which renders it uninstallable. As such it renders the gnome environment
basically useless, without any sort of taskbar. Parts of evolution do not
install, and ubuntu-desktop is rendered uninstallable.
