Use libircclient

Bug Description

We should consider using libircclient instead of doodleIRC to avoid reinventing the wheel. Since vala is awesome, we only need to create a .vapi file and write a simple OOP wrapper, since the lib is not OOP based and written in C.

Reviving because maki/sushi is a mess.

Best thing is probably to write a new dbus daemon using libircclient as backend.
