Bug Description

1) Linux MINT 15 MATE
2) When I want to parameter the input sound bar, there's 2 bar : one for the input and one for the outpout. That's not logic.
3) A newbee doesn't understand where are the parameters for the input and the outpout sound.
4) The output bar should be in the output panel only, not above all the tabs.
5) The ergonomy should be changed (see screenshot).
