Bug Description

The Gnome Theme Manager has started eating all CPU cycles whenever it is
started. It will also not allow you to scroll down through the list of metathemes.

It is still possible to change individual settings (Metacity, GTK and icon
themes) under the theme details option.

This problem started when I upgraded to Hoary.
