Bug Description

I currently use Daniel Fore's wallpaper (The pier) which looks wonderful with elementaryOS. However, there are certain wallpapers that makes any floating text on the login screen illegible. As convienient it is to simply ask users to choose another wallpaper, I think it should elementary's responsibility to have the login screen be compatible with any wallpaper a bit like iOS.

I found a potential solution by increasing the font weight. Using Open Sans Regular and Raleway ExtraLight specifically. It does make text less pretty, but if a person has a noisy wallpaper, it's better to have legible text than pretty text.

To clarify, I'm suggesting that Pantheon Greeter changes the font weight *only* when someone uses a very noisy background.

I added a stronger black shadow in the current version in Freya. It should make it like those meme-images readable on any background. If you found a case where it is not the case, comment here :)
