Bug Description

Please backport cluster3 1.50-1 (multiverse) from raring to precise, quantal.

Reason for the backport:
========================
The open source clustering software available here contains clustering routines that can be used to analyze gene expression data. Routines for hierarchical (pairwise simple, complete, average, and centroid linkage) clustering, k-means and k-medians clustering, and 2D self-organizing maps are included.It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.

Testing:
========

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] cluster3 installs cleanly and runs
* quantal:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] cluster3 installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies

Installation and run test were performed for quantal and precise. Both are working.
