Fast CPU 3,4 Slow CPU 0,1,2
This starts with a heavy task on big domain without any specific CPU affinity
defined. However the task’s CPU affinity is modified mid way through execution
to little domain CPU forcing a migration to Little domain.
The task gets the CPU immediately.
