Bug Description
1. Log in to Unity on a laptop with a second display attached.
2. Sleep the laptop and remove the display (e.g. remove it from its docking station).
3. Wake the laptop up.
Often after the laptop wakes up you will be faced with a blank screen because the login dialog appears on the now removed second display.
Proposed solution: Always show the login dialog on all displays.
