This looks like a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, so I'm marking this bug as Invalid.

Specifically, the package supplies /etc/init.d/mysql, but it is not present on your system.

Is this actually an Ubuntu system at all? What is "CaixaMagicaLXDE"? You might find it more useful to seek out support resources specific to "CaixaMagica".
