Bug Description

The autopilot documentation should more easily include links to allow users to ask for improvements, give a contribution or a report an issue with the documentation they are looking at. A link in the header / footer or another visible area of the page should help provide this functionality. This should work whether they are browsing the online or offline version of the docs.
