Bug Description

magic data form storage does not support translations.

one proposal is that for STRING_LINE and STRING_MLINE fields the getRequiredFieldsQuery() should use the preferred system locale to (stored in MD under /locales/preferered_locale, e.g. "es_GT" ) and its locale resolution ('es_GT', "es", 'en_US') to populate any STRING_xxxx fields. Note, this will make the populate fields query slower as we will likely require further sub-selects.
