Bug Description

Nuvola Player integrates cloud music services to Linux desktop, but it has all extensions disabled by default, so intagration is limited and users are confused. This user experience fail should be fixed by enabling all extensions by default.

Fix reverted in lp:nuvola-player/2.0.x: backward incompatibility should not be introduced in bug fix releases.
