missing libraries by libgdiplus

Binary package hint: libgdiplus

i have to install the following libs to get libgdiplus working on feisty:
libcairo-dev libglib2.0 libglib2.0-dev libpng libpng-dev gcc libglib libglib-dev libglib-2.0 libglib-2.0-dev libx11-dev

can these libs added to the dependency of this library?

testcase attached failed with an exception on a clean installation. after installing the libs, testcase works fine.

I don't think this is a bug; the packages has the corresponding runtime libraries; to do mono development, you should have installed some mono development packages.
which development packages are not available, when the mono development tools are installed?
