Bug Description

Ubuntu software centre and update manager have updated icons to a modern design with 13.04. Synaptic should to change its icon to a modern design, to aesthetically not fall "behind times".

In my Xubuntu 13.04 VM, Synaptic uses the same icon as software center, but with a blue background instead of purple.
