Cannot burn CD, File > 700mb

Bug Description

I download ubuntu desktop cd so that I can burn a CD and start it up. When I try to burn the ISO image , the infrarecordert tells me my blank 700mb disk is not large enough. I am a linux newbie. thanks

The Kubuntu 12.04 ltr 32bit desktop cd is also to large too burn. Burner says it needs 703.29MB. My blanks are 700 MB. The hard physical limit as I understand it is 702.8.

I tried the direct download and the torrent.

They are defiantly too large.
