Bug Description
Este mensaje no debe aparecer cuando se genera un libro de Ventas,
Este mensaje solo aplica cuando La compañía que genera el Libro de Compras No es Agente de Retención y Aparecen retenciones a las compras.
Mensaje:
"You have withholdings registred but you are not a withholding agent"
