Bug Description
When opening the dash or doing other activities in Unity, Chrome (not Chromium) keeps opening new tabs. I suspect this has to do with how the dash handles calls to the web service, and not with Chrome itself.
Each tab is opened with the URL "about:blank".
Please tell me if any more information is needed.

I think it opens a new tab for each letter typed.
I think this is the same bug mentioned in this:
http:// askubuntu. com/questions/ 296801/ aboutblank- opens-in- chromium- when-i- type-into- the-dash
Going to Settings and Granting Access to Google Accounts fixed the problem for me.
