Bug Description

In Ubuntu 13.04 if you change the lock screen keyboard shortcut in system settings from ctrl-alt-l to super-l it will work, but if you log out and back in or reboot it is forgotten and no longer works, and neither does ctrl-alt-l. It isn't reverting, it's losing it entirely.

Also if you change it back to the default ctrl-alt-l, logging out and back in doesn't make it stop working like it does with the custom modification, but with the custom modification neither method works i.e. there is no way at all to lock the screen besides using the GUI.

If You reassign it, it starts working again till the next logout/login.

I have the same problem, just with other shortcuts. I change the workspace switcher shortcuts to ctrl + arrows. But after every restart I have to reassign them.

Ubuntu 13.10 is still affected.
Super-l does not work after reboot or logout, despite being visible in keyboard settings.
