can't start 12.2dev5-win64

After installing latest beta (12.2dev5-win64 when trying to start Stellarium I get error pop that driver "libwinpthread-1.dll is missing from your computor . try reinstalling .

I check Stellarium root folder and this dll is missing .

with 12.2dev5-win64 build I noticed the DLL linking (using process explorer was missing nivid Open GL driver listed like in 12.2dev4 and also there was a linkage to a gimp path to dll in bin folder .
I am back to dev4 so don't have the exact dll names right now .

Oh to fix it I also had to do clean install after dev5 to get working app , just installing dev4 over dev5 came up with same error. which is kind of weird , maybe a wrong path was left or something .
