Bug Description
when running clock app on nexus4 the stopwatch, timer, and alarm tabs are cut off at the bottom.

Thank you for taking your time to submit the bug report. I notice that there are two issues being reported here which are,
1. Alarm, Timer and Stopwatch are cut off at the bottom on the nexus 4.
2. Alarm hand having trouble matching digits
Issue #1 is valid and is being looked into at the moment.
Issue #2 has been reported already and is a similar issue in the timer as well.
I am going to go ahead and use this bug report to track only issues #1.
