Bug Description

Please backport saint 2.3.3-1ubuntu1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
saint is bioinformatic software, which calculates protein-protein interactions.It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.

Testing:
========

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] saint installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies

Thanks. For information, these backport requests won't be able to
progress until they receive confirmation that they build/install/run on
Precise. Are you (or anyone) planning on providing that verification?

yes I have planned to test and just done so. The package installs and the program runs.
