Adding Facebook account opens authorization in Firefox and does not return to Online Accounts

Bug Description
Trying to add a Facebook account opens authorization in Firefox instead of within Online Accounts like I am used to seeing, and the authorization given within Firefox does not return to Online Accounts.
The resulting Facebook page in Firefox displays:
Success
SECURITY WARNING: Please treat the URL above as you would your password and do not share it with anyone.
Online Accounts is then stuck waiting for authorization and a blank page displays where the authorization request usually displays.

This was attempted after a fresh install of Ubuntu 13.04 on June 2, 2013. I was able to add a Google account without issue.
