Bug Description
I tried adding my OpenID, http://
> Could not discover an OpenID from the URL you provided:
> 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc4 in position 12: ordinal not in range(128)
It seems to be choking on the letter "ė" (which is c4 97 0a in UTF-8) in my real name.

It looks like the error lies within the Python OpenID module or the HTML parser it uses :(
