Every script should connect as a distinct database user to make your DBA happier. And a happy DBA is a DBA who doesn't string you up by your thumbs.

Which user should the poimport script use? Would you take care of creating the appropriate user in the DB and when that's done, assign this bug to someone of the Translations team to update the script code?

poimport. It already exists. It just isn't being used (last I checked).

Sorry. Misread.

poimportapprover or something similar. I don't need to do anything - it is
just a case of updating security.cfg. Users get created from there during
rollout.
