impossible to launch lv2rack

I install zynjacku to use lv2rack, and i can't launch it.

I install a lot of LV2 plugins, but it looks like it is an internal problem of the LV2 package. I guess /usr/lib/lv2/event.lv2/event.ttl is a standard component.

zynjacku was removed from Debian some time ago because it is buggy and not maintained upstream. We should probably consider removing it from Ubuntu too.

Weird. I launched this program successfully once (the first time i ever ran it), the GUI presented itself, it appeared in qjackctl->Connect->Audio and then jammed when I tried to load an effect because
    https://guitarix.sourceforge.io/plugins/gxtuner#tuner
returns 404, and it blocked at that point.

Now, at every attempt I get the same "flex scanner jammed" as per this bug, even if I
    rm -r ~/.cache/lv2rack/

Cannot load LASH python bindings, you want LASH unless you enjoy manual jack plumbing each time you use this app
