Bug Description

When performing a classical PSHA calculation, the message 'Initializing source model', does not appear anymore in the log file. In case of large source models, which take time to load, the user may have the impression that nothing is happening. It would be better to restore this message.

Below the log file how it currently generated:
[2013-05-29 11:53:58,005 hazard #7 wilson.openquake.org PROGRESS MainProcess/28241 root] ** initializing site model
[2013-05-29 11:54:02,257 hazard #7 wilson.openquake.org PROGRESS MainProcess/28241 root] ** initializing realizations
