Bug Description
This happens e.g. on the Galaxy Nexus when typing in the address bar letter "h" (supposedly all entries in the history contain it, so the list of suggestions is big, provided one has at least 5 or 6 entries in one’s browsing history).
The suggestion list goes offscreen in its top part, and as a consequence the top items can never be brought into view, and cannot be selected. This is even more visible when in landscape mode, where there’s space for one entry only when the OSK is up.
