Rationale:
  + The debian version includes now the category change in the desktop file
  + The updated package builds correctly in gutsy

The Build-Conflicts change and the "Application;" removal from Categories in debian/xchm.desktop are not mentioned in the changelog. I don't even see them in the previous changelog entries; where do they come from?
The .desktop file change could go into Debian, can you please file a bug in the Debian BTS?

The "Application;"-Category removal came from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/83400 but wasn't documented in changelog. The Build-Conflicts thing was apparently because Stephan Hermann forgot to merge the change from debian 1.13-1.

Going to forward the Category thing to debian.
