Bug Description

Basically I just enter a hangout and then after a while - 30 seconds or so - the system crashes with this backtrace

Hmmm ... where is that commit .... I can't find it in linus' kernel tree.

Patience, it is almost there...

In the meantime it is in drm-intel-fixes, drm-fixes, and of course ppa:mainline drm-intel-nightly.

Don't forget that even after the random explosion of X is fixed, someone is hanging your GPU. You should apt-get install xdiagnose and fill a bug with the i915_error_state.
