Bug Description

Gnome Specimen is a simple tool to preview and compare installed fonts, it's included by default in Ubuntu Studio, therefore we should ensure it meets the Ubuntu quality standards.

My first response was that we did not ship specimen. That it has been
replaced by petri-foo. But it is gnome-specimen that is meant here, a
different package.
